What is property staging?
Property staging is the preparation of a specific home for its sale: furniture selection and ordering, installed and styled on site, then photographed for the listing. We run it as a nine-step process across four phases. The full explanation is in our article What property staging is.
What happens to the furniture after staging?
The furniture is bought at cost and it is yours. It stays with the home and conveys with the property at sale. The styling props that appear in photography are the exception: those are borrowed for the shoot and returned.
What is the difference between interior design and staging?
Interior design is for the people who stay: drawings, materials, contractor coordination, furniture and final styling, worked out around how you live. Staging is for the people deciding to buy: preparing a home to compete in its own building and area, and photographing it for the listing. A client may take both; they run as two separate projects, each with its own consultation.
How do consultations work?
A consultation is AED 4,400 for two hours on site, Tuesday to Thursday between 10:00 and 14:00, paid in advance. It is a working session rather than a deposit, so it is not credited against a later fee. You leave with a clear scope of work whether or not you engage the studio afterwards.
